Joseph Lubeck, Co-Managing Partner and Member of Investment Committee: Mr. Lubeck is the third generation of the Lubeck family in the real estate business. Joe is an apartment re-positioning expert and has senior management expertise in key areas of residential, multifamily and commercial acquisition, finance and development and is a skilled zoning and transactional attorney. An honors graduate of Cornell University, Joe holds a Juris Doctor degree from Delaware Law School. Joe is a founder of the Landmark Group and oversees all acquisitions and finance.
Daniel Lubeck , Co-Managing Partner and Member of Investment Committee: Dan has over 40 years of experience in real estate investment in Pennsylvania and Florida, including a significant multifamily portfolio. Dan failed retirement and actively consults on acquisitions and operations.
The Lubeck family and it's partnerships are managing partners and lead investors in numerous Florida assets including an apartment portfolio currently valued in excess of $450,000,000. In addition, the family is currently partners in other real estate ventures in Florida including:
1. Golf course development with 500 residential lots.
2. Waterfront mixed use development including a 400 slip marina, 250
condominium units, 250 waterfront homes and commercial out parcels.
3. Four self storage unit facilities.
Elizabeth Truong, Co-Managing Partner and Member of Investment Committee: Mrs. Truong brings over 15 years of financial and management experience to the Landmark Team. In the past five years with Landmark, she has negotiated and closed over 45 assets valued over $750 million. She oversees all aspects of the acquisition process including: underwriting the asset, performing due diligence, reviewing third party reports, creating proformas and obtaining finance. She is also a key player in the overall financial managment and operating of the company. Her responsibilities are diversified and touches upon all aspects of the company including marketing, training, financial reporting, risk management, construction and investor relations.
