Landmark Residential is poised for continual, strong growth

with a team of professionals and affiliates to lead the way.

We understand that our company can only be as good as its

people, so we look to hire the very best and we work to create

a company culture where people can take initiative, exceed

expectations and be rewarded for superior performance.

Following is a list of available positions:

Community Manager

This is your chance to actually run a multi-million dollar business

at an early stage of your career. If you have the knowledge,

skills and the desire to handle this kind of responsibility, we

want to hear from you.

A Bachelor's or Associate's degree is preferable and at least two

years of relevant experience. If you've worked with a nationally

recognized property management firm, it's a plus.

As a Community Manager, you will report to the Regional Vice

President. You'll have overall financial responsibility, including

developing and implementing a business plan, overseeing rent

collections, and reducing delinquencies. You will also make sure

that all major maintenance projects are completed on time

and on budget.

Your people skills are very important, too. You will need to

train, motivate and successfully manage your staff. You'll

need outstanding communications skills because you'll be in

charge of all resident programs and marketing efforts for

the property.

If this is the kind of challenge you're looking for, please send

us your resume.

Assistant Manager

This is a key administrative position. As an Assistant Manager,

you will be responsible for assisting the Community Manager in

every aspect of the day-to-day business operations. You will

also work with the marketing staff in promotions and leasing,

as well as being involved in our resident services programs.

Assistant Manager is an excellent starting point for your career.

You will have comprehensive exposure to the smallest operational

details of our properties. With this knowledge and experience,

you could move up quickly through our organization.

If you are a detail-oriented, high-energy self-starter, please

send us your resume.

Leasing Consultant

You will learn Landmark Residential's sophisticated sales techniques,

and you'll play a key role in attracting new tenants and renewing

existing tenants. You will be expected to know your market inside

out, including the strengths and weaknesses of our competition.

You'll work directly with an experienced Community Director and

you'll have the benefit of Landmark Residential's extensive resources

behind you. Candidates for this position should have a Bachelor's or

Associate's degree, along with two to three years of relevant working

experience.

If you think you've got what it takes to join a winning team, send

us your resume.

Maintenance Supervisor

In this position, you will direct and administer the entire maintenance

program for our property. It's a big responsibility and it is vitally

important to our overall operations.

You'll report directly to the Community Manager, and you'll be in

charge of budgets, bidding capital improvements, personnel, and

the direction of the day-to-day maintenance operations. You'll

also be expected to be on call when required and you'll regularly

call on your knowledge of carpentry, masonry, painting, heating

and air-conditioning, appliances, pest control and swimming pools.

You'll need excellent people skills since you'll be in charge of

maintenance personnel and will recommend salary adjustments,

promotions, terminations, and regular appraisals.

Candidates should have a high school diploma or equivalent,

technical training in one or more trades and two to three

years of relevant experience, including supervising others.

If you have the qualifications we're looking for, please send

us your resume.

Maintenance Technician

In this position, you will have extensive contact with our residents.

We'll expect you to be polite and professional at all times, and to

respond to work orders as quickly and capable.

You will make basic repairs to appliances, air-conditioning, heating,

electrical, mechanical and plumbing systems. Successful

candidates will have good troubleshooting abilities, and will be

sure that routine maintenance is regularly performed.

If you have a high school diploma or equivalent, technical training

in one of the trades and two to three years of maintenance

experience - and you want to join a winning team - send us your

resume.

Real Estate Marketing Internship

We are seeking motivated individuals to help assist in the everyday

marketing and leasing activities on the property.  Responsibilities will

include implementing and carrying out marketing strategies as set

forth by management, greeting and qualifying prospective residents,

showing untis and meeting closing goals.  You will also be responsible

for other general administrative duties as needed throughout the week.

This offers a great opportunity for students looking to build their resume

and distinguish themselves from their competition.
