Joseph
Lubeck, CEO and Manager of Investment Committee
Joe is the managing partner of Asset Development and Kings Capital, both value-added investment funds focused on real estate in the southeast. Joe also chairs several of their operating entities including Landmark Residential Apartments, which owns and manages a major multifamily portfolio throughout the southeast. Joe has significant training and expertise in key areas of residential, multifamily and commercial acquisition, finance and development and is a skilled zoning and transactional attorney. An honors graduate of
Cornell University, Joe holds a Juris Doctor degree from Delaware Law School. Joe is
active in numerous civic and charitable organizations, including AIPAC, and The Cornell University Tower Club. Joe also serves as President of his Community Association Board,
and is Executive Vice President of his Temple.
Pam Armocida, Chief Operating Officer
Ms. Armocida brings 26 years experience in the multi-family industry to Landmark
Residential. During Pam's tenure with Landmark Residential she has overseen the day to
day operations of 11 communities in 3 states while completing multi-million dollar renovations. Her properties produced double digit returns and growth to both owners and investors.
Pam was promoted from Regional Vice President to Executive Vice President of Operations. Pam also served as Senior Vice President responsible for all of the internal operations of
over 6,000 units prior to joining Landmark Residential. She also was Assistant Vice President/National Operations Trainer for a National Property Management Company.
James
Miller, Chief Financial Officer
Mr. Miller has over 19 years of accounting and finance experience. He was
the VP of Finance for WRH Income Properties, Inc. overseeing
the accounting operations of this privately held real estate holding
company,
which had multifamily assets totaling $300 million. James
also served as
Controller for Inacom Information Systems and was
responsible
for the financial operations of the southeast division,
which had annual
revenues of $2 billion. In addition, he served as Manager of Accounting
and Finance for a retail entity which he assisted in growing this entity into
a 700-store chain located in
13 states. Prior to that, he served as an auditor for Arthur Anderson and NationsBank.
Mr. Miller holds a B.S. degree from Florida State University and a M.B.A.
degree (Accounting) from the University of South Florida. He is
also a
Certified Public Accountant.
Elizabeth Truong, M.B.A., Chief Investment Officer
Mrs. Truong brings over 15 years of financial and management experience to the Landmark Team. In the past five years with Landmark, she has negotiated and closed over 45 assets values over $750 million. She has also been a key player in the overall financial management and operations of the company. Her responsibilities are diversified and touches upon all aspects of the company including marketing, training, financial reporting, risk management, construction, investor relations, and dispositions. She has implemented numerous initiatives that have streamlined the company's operations and she acts almost as an asset manager
for the portfolio.
Shellie Clark, Regional Vice President
Mrs. Clark brings over 16 years of experience in the multi-family industry and
has worked in all facets of the business including property operations, asset
repositioning, risk management, human resources, acquisitions and dispositions.
Prior to joining Landmark, Clark served as a Regional Manager for TVO North
America responsible for 31 assets totalling approximately 7,000 units in six states.
During her tenure there, she was able to consistently deliver NOI growth and execute successful value-add initiatives. Some of her primary strengths lie in her ability to select
the right team, inspire great results and consistently deliver a return for the Partners
on even the most challenging asset base.
Leslie Haselden, Regional Vice President
Ms. Haselden returns to Landmark Residential bringing 21 years of specialized experience in the multi-family industry. Leslie has served in a Regional Vice President position for the last twelve years, most recently with Fieldstone Florida Management where she was responsible for 2,200 units throughout Florida. Leslie has demonstrated a comprehensive understanding of many aspects of the multi-family industry throughout her career due to the diverse nature and special needs of her past assignments. One of her proven strengths is in assisting with determining financial viability of potential acquisitions through property due diligence studies. Closely related is her strength in financial management and cost control of current properties, demonstrated through long-term budget forecasting and capital expense planning, ensuring a turnaround of occupancy resulting in revenue improvement with profit maximization. Leslie reinforces her skills through continuing education and works to stay informed of developments in the industry by maintaining several designations through industry organizations such as The Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM), where she holds the Certified Property Manager (CPM) Candidate and Accredited Residential Manager (ARM) designations.
Marie Smith, Regional Vice President
Mrs. Smith brings over 25 years experience in the multi-family and commercial industry. Prior to joining Landmark Residential, she acted as a Regional Manager for a national management company and oversaw approximately 2,000 units in four states. During her tenure there, she increased NOI and received the "Regional Communities of Quality" award present by SHAMA. The property increased NOI and increased occupancy by 24% in nine months.
Dawn Lackey, District Manager - Texas
Mrs. Lackey brings 17 years experience in the multi-family Industry to Landmark Residential. Dawn has served as a Regional Supervisor overseeing 1,500 units in the Texas Region. Prior to that Dawn was Multi-Site Property Manager of which she increased the value of her portfolio by $4.6 million in a six month period.
