Joseph Lubeck, CEO, Managing Partner and Member of Investment Committee
Joe Lubeck, founder of Landmark Residential, has successfully completed $1.5 billion of value-added multifamily transactions in the Southeast in the last 10 years with Landmark. An expert in value added and distressed real estate repositioning, Joe has 25 years of experience in multifamily acquisitions, operations and disposition. As CEO, Joe oversees all aspects of Landmark operations, from finance to property management. An honors graduate of Cornell University, Joe holds a Juris Doctor degree from Delaware Law School. Joe is active in numerous civic and charitable organizations, including AIPAC, Hillel, and The Cornell University Tower Club. Joe also serves as Vice President of Temple Beth David in addition to several other civic and corporate Board assignments. Joe lives with his wife Pamela (also a non-practicing attorney) and their 3 children; Karla, Rachel, and Thomas, in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida.
James
Miller, Chief Financial Officer
Mr. Miller has over 19 years of accounting and finance experience. He was the VP of finance for WRH Income Properties, Inc. overseeing the accounting operations of this privately held real estate holding
company, which had multifamily assets totaling $300 million. James
also served as Controller for Inacom Information Systems and was
responsible for the financial operations of the southeast division,
which had annual
revenues of $2 billion. In addition, he served as Manager of Accounting and Finance for a retail entity which he assisted in growing this entity into a 700-store chain located in 13 states. Prior to that, he served as an auditor for Arthur Anderson and NationsBank.
Mr. Miller holds a B.S. degree from Florida State University and a M.B.A. degree (Accounting) from the University of South Florida. He is
also a Certified Public Accountant.

Elizabeth Truong, M.B.A., Chief Investment Officer
Mrs. Truong brings over 15 years of financial and management experience to the Landmark Team. In the past five years with Landmark, she has negotiated and closed over 45 assets values over $750 million. She has also been a key player in the overall financial management and operations of the company. Her responsibilities are diversified and touches upon all aspects of the company including marketing, training, financial reporting, risk management, construction, investor relations, and dispositions. She has implemented numerous initiatives that have streamlined the company's operations and she acts almost as an asset manager for the portfolio.

Joan Copeland – Executive Vice President of Operations
Mrs. Copeland brings 25+ years of property management experience to Landmark Residential. Prior to joining Landmark she served as Vice President of Riverstone Residential Group, an 180,000 unit national management company and was responsible for numerous lease ups and managed various regions while employed at Riverstone. Mrs. Copeland transitioned to Riverstone with the merger of Banyan Realty Management with Riverstone in October, 2007. As a Banyan associate, she served as Vice President overseeing 110 properties in Florida and Georgia (13,000+ units) and was a key member of the Senior Management team directing a staff of 400+ team members. Mrs. Copeland keeps very active in the multi family industry, currently serving as a Director of the Bay Area Apartment Association.
Joan holds a CAPS designation and lives in Lake Wales with her retired husband – PetePatrice Voelker, Regional Manager
Ms. Patrice Voelker has been involved in all facets of property management, including market lease ups, rehab acquisitions and tax credits since 1976. Specializing in distressed properties, she began managing in the D.C. metro area and throughout her extensive career has traveled to over 17 states. Her many achievements include being invited to join the Professional’s Who Who in 1996 and obtaining both her CRM and FL real estate licenses. Patrice feels that property management is “not a job, but a way of life.”

Debra Chadwick, Regional Vice President of Texas
Ms. Chadwick has been in the multifamily real-estate industry since 1986, eleven years of which were spent in various site positions for national apartment management organizations. Subsequently, she was involved in the design, construction and lease-up of several Class A products for a national apartment developer. Debra joined Landmark Residential as the Texas Regional Vice President. Prior to joining Landmark Debra held the position of Regional Property Manger, and was responsible for overseeing multiple product types including new construction, rehabs, student and bonded communities. Debra has created Policy and Procedure manuals, been responsible for on-site staff training, as well as supervised multiple out of state communities.
Debra holds a CAPS designation and resides in Wylie with children Luke and Shelby.

Rachel Miller , Regional Vice President of Florida
Rachel Miller has been involved in the real-estate industry since 1997 and has been specializing in the multi-family arena for over 12 years. Rachel has been involved in the Landmark family on a multitude of levels since 2002. Upon returning to Landmark Residential she was initially brought on board as a corporate trainer, responsible for overseeing the initial instruction of all of the property management employees. A tremendous asset to the team, she has risen over the years to Regional Manager where she currently is responsible for 5 properties throughout the state of Florida. Rachel has been responsible for the rise of occupancy and the decrease of delinquencies I her region as well as establishing a team environment.
Prior to joining Landmark, Rachel held the position of District Manager and was responsible for 6 properties between the Florida and North Carolina regions.

Cathy Lucas , Regional Vice President of Georgia
Since 1979, Ms. Lucas has worked in the multifamily real-estate industry in all facets of the business including property operations, asset management, sales and marketing training, acquisitions and dispositions. Subsequently, Cathy has been involved in the design, construction and lease-up of several Class A communities along with repositioning of distressed properties. Prior to joining Landmark, Cathy held many top leadership positions with privately and publicly held companies specializing in new development and reposition acquisitions. Property types have ranged from garden style to luxury high-rises in market’s throughout the US.
Known in the industry for her strong leadership skills and troubleshooting expertise in difficult markets, Cathy’s passion for the industry is contagious and consistently delivers positive results. She has also been an active volunteer in the Atlanta Apartment Association for many years and holds a CAPS designation

Sandra Quiñones
Ms. Quiñones has been in the multi-family industry for over 10 years in the Southeast region. She began her career as a leasing consultant & has worked in many areas of property management including team member training, marketing, software conversion & material documentation trainer, on-site management, and as Sales Management Director. She actively participates in community & civic affairs and strives to acheive a spirit of hospitality & charity amongst residents & co-workers. Ms. Quiñones holds education & continued learning as paramount to work-place success and consistently seeks opportunites to highlight the multi-family industry as a postive place to grow personally & professionally. She is proud to have attended the University of Central Florida & holds a BA in Orgnaizational Communication.
Michael Berardi , Vice President-Construction
Mr. Berardi began his real estate and construction experience in the early 1980's. His involvement with family businesses throughout the Northeast, led to positions such as Production Supervisor, Land Acquisition Manager, Product Design Manager and Senior Loan Underwriting Officer. Michael has overlooked as many as 350 single family home projects through out various developments. His experience has included, but not limited to, condo conversions, condo remodeling, business owner, commercial strip centers, lumber yards and mortgage companies.
Michael is an Investment Partner with Landmark Residential since it's inception. He oversees all rehab projects, initial rehab diligence, securing contractors weekly reporting of all work and budget schedules.
